Swiftal's Story

Thank you for visiting my website. I’m James, the 22-year-old founder of Swiftal. I started Swiftal during my second year studying Computer Science at the University of Liverpool, driven by one simple mission: to help as many people as possible run their first marathon.
I ran my first marathon in February 2024, and it changed me. It taught me perseverance, discipline, and the power of consistency—lessons that now shape everything I do. Swiftal was built on those same principles. My goal is to help grow the marathon community from the 1% club to the 5% club, empowering more people to discover what they’re truly capable of.
